Magallanes Value Investors, S.A. SGIIC offers its clients a Customer Care Service, which has been set up under the terms of Spanish Act 35 of 4 November 2003 (Ley 35/2003), on collective investment schemes; the Regulations of the Commissioner for the Defence of Consumers of Financial Services, as enacted by Royal Decree 303 of 20 February 2004 (Real Decreto 303/2004); and, in particular, Order ECO 734, of 11 March 2004 (Orden ECO 734/2004), which was issued to address and resolve complaints and claims. The Customer Care Service seeks to protect and uphold the rights and interests of customers arising from relations between them and the fund managers. It also aims to ensure that these relations remain governed at all times by the principles of good faith, equity and mutual trust.
The Customer Care Service is required to address and resolve complaints and claims brought by clients within two months from date of submission. Complaints and claims should initially be addressed to the head of the Customer Care Service at Magallanes Value Investors:
